1）自己读代码，然后总结Abstract，用于PMR和CRM的解决。

2）第一次做LI开发的时候，画了很好的流程图，以至于老板之间让别人来写代码，他去做另外一个复杂LI的设计。

3）勤于与别人交流想法。
